helpful staff good location wide range small room train noise uncomfortable pillow
the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was good. i found many restaurants and a store open 24/7 nearby, really convenient. the breakfast had a great range of choices.
my room was very small. it was difficult for two people to move around comfortably. the train noise was bothersome at night. the pillows were big and not very comfortable.

spacious room comfortable beds
the room was spacious and clean. beds were comfortable, i slept very well. the location was great for accessing the jewish quarter. breakfast had a good choice, it suited everyone.
the rooms are not soundproof. i could hear people moving around, it was a bit noisy. it.

Reception staff were helpful, always available to answer questions. they assisted with directions and recommendations. i found them very professional. They always had a smile on their face.

breakfast choices included three types of cereal, bread, and eggs. there was something for everyone to choose. the hotel also had a lift to all floors, very convenient when travelling with luggage.

good selection comfortable bed effective ac
The breakfast was really good. I appreciated the nice selection and the adequate seating available. The room had effective AC. I also found the beds to be comfortable.

The location worked well. It was easy to walk to the central railway station. Several restaurants were conveniently located nearby offering various options.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The presence of a kitchen was a definite plus, giving us the ability to prepare small meals. It included water, a kettle, cups, glasses, and plates.

The staff was nice and very helpful. The receptionist, Claudia, was especially polite and friendly. She was always smiling and ready to assist, even after working long shifts.

The location was quiet and the reception staff were friendly. They were helpful. There is also a nice bar next door!
Old bed and linen should be changed. TV didn't work even after the technician visit and they didn't change it.

the room i had felt a bit cramped for two people, especially with limited space around the bed. also, i discovered the tv remote wasn't working (i also did not see an air conditioning remote).
